Kané's culinary experience is highlighted by the setting of our home, one of the most iconic buildings in Bucharest. Part of the identity of Kané is the interior of the house which was rebuilt to reflect what happens when you invite craftsmen to be progressive and bring their craft into modernity.

The building from 1910, holds great memory, of Romanian culture and history. The house is reprezented by two salons: the Blue Salon, defined by the Voroneț blue, whose color composition remains a mystery even today, and the Black Salon, with traditional Romanian elements.
Today, it holds the future of Romanian gastronomy, using local and simple ingredients, repurposed and reimagined by our young chef, Cătălin Bejenariu and his team.
