1.1. Kané New Romanian Cuisine operates on a reservation-only basis.
1.2. Reservations must be made in advance through the Ialoc.ro platform.
1.3. A payment of 100 Ron per person is required in advance to secure a reservation.
2.1. The payment of 100 Ron per person is non-refundable.
2.2. A service charge of 11% will be added to the final receipt.
3.1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund.
4.1. Any modifications to the reservation, including changes in the number of guests, must be made through the Ialoc.ro platform.
5.1. Customers are required to communicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences at the time of reservation.
5.2. Kané New Romanian Cuisine will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special dietary needs but cannot guarantee complete allergen-free meals.
6.1. By making a reservation, customers consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.1. Customers acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during their dining experience.
7.2. Kané New Romanian Cuisine reserves the right to use these photos or videos on social media platforms for promotional purposes.
